EDUC-2998 Field Experience: Topic 3

Provides opportunity for students to conduct classroom instruction under supervision in a school setting. Students will be observed by a classroom teacher and by college faculty. Students are expected to demonstrate knowledge of content, instructional planning adapted to diverse learners, assessment and classroom management skills. De-briefing sessions will emphasize connecting learning theory with actual practice and use of reflection for continual instructional improvement. Also listed as EDUC-275, EDUC-277, EDUC-279
Corequisites: EDUC-2105, EDUC-2365, EDUC-2415 or EDUC-2460 (methods), and EDUC-2370 or EDUC-2420 (reading).
