ENGY-1310 Safety, Health & Environmental Concepts 3

This course is a general overview of safety, health and environmental concepts for the energy industry. The contents range from the technician’s role, accidents in the workplace to hazard recognition, engineering control of hazards and process hazards (pressure, steam, light ends, water and electrical fires), and process sampling and testing. The employee with their intimate knowledge of the specific industry can contribute substantially to the bottom line of a company by reducing accidents and injuries.
