EDUC-2535 Paradigms, Systems & Models-Gifted Educ 4 Course participants will examine and apply research-based educational models and instructional strategies currently advocated for use with gifted learners. Course participants should develop an understanding of both theoretical and practical implications of the methods and strategies and learn how appropriate instructional approaches can contribute to developing learning environments that promote academic challenge and learner independence. This course will provide foundational information on proven models and strategies to course participants equipping them to structure and refine gifted programs based on solid, proven instructional models and procedures.
