The Network Support Certificate program is designed to prepare students for a career in the field of networking with a focus on installing, configuring and administering a Microsoft client computer, managing and maintaining a Microsoft Windows server environment, implementing and managing a network infrastructure, and troubleshooting PC software issues and network connectivity problems.

NOTE: A student must earn a grade of C or better in all courses to count towards the certificate.

Program Requirements: 18 credits

COSC-190 Database Concepts and Principles 3 cr.
ITCT-115 Network+ 3 cr.
ITCT-116 Linux+ 3 cr.
ITCT-140 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 3 cr.
ITCT-141 Administering Windows Server 3 cr.
ITCT-142 Configuring Advanced Windows Server 3 cr.
