Drafting Certiﬁcate

The One-Year Certificate in Drafting provides the student with a general knowledge in the fundamentals of making technical drawings. It is designed to give the student needed skills to acquire an entry level position in a drafting environment.

Note: A student must earn a grade of C or higher in all courses required for the program.

DRFT-110 Technical Drafting I 3 cr. *
DRFT-150 Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) 4 cr. *
ENGL-111 Freshman Composition 3 cr. OR
ENGL-118 Technical Composition 3 cr.
MATH-115 Intermediate Algebra-Applications 4 cr.
DRFT-112 Materials and Processes 3 cr.
DRFT-115 Technical Drafting II 4 cr.
DRFT-260 Advanced AutoCAD 4 cr.
MATH-180 Trigonometry 3 cr.

Note(s):

*DRFT 110 and DRFT 150 should be taken in the same semester.
