GM Light Line Repair Technician Certificate

This certificate is based on GM courses. It will prepare the student for a job as a light line technician.
If the program starts in an odd numbered year, the first co-op will be in the first semester. If the program starts in an even numbered year, the first co-op will be in the second semester.
Notes:
- A student in this program MUST be able to perform tasks that are timed, both in the lab AND in the dealership. Extra time to perform these tasks cannot be provided. This requirement is to prepare the student for success as a commissioned automotive repair technician.
- GM certification is not attached to this certificate.
- This program requires that the student purchase his/her own tools. To obtain a list of the required tools, contact the Automotive Department.
- A student must earn a grade of C or higher in all courses required for the program in order to receive a degree or certificate.
