Computer Support Specialist

The Computer Support Specialist certificate prepares the student for a career as an IT technician. The program includes hands on training in PC hardware, peripherals, and operating systems, including problem diagnosis, troubleshooting processes, Windows utilization, and system optimization. Additional training in networks, servers and security is included. Many courses in the program may be used to prepare for a variety of industry certification exams.
