EDUC-233 Children’s Literature 3 cr. Introduces students to fiction, poetry, drama, and creative nonfiction written for children. Students will learn basic literary terms and conventions, the historical development of children’s literature, and different cultural perspectives about it. Students will also learn characteristics of children’s literature written for children of different ages and reading levels.
