SAFE-146 MSHA Refresher

This course provides annual refresher training for surface coal miners, vendors and contractors. Students will receive 8 hours of annual refresher training as prescribed in 30 CFR 46.28. The refresher training will include instruction on changes at the mine that have occurred in the past 12 months. Course of instruction will be adapted to specific mine sites that the miner, vendor or contractor may frequent.
