PHIL-271 Navajo Philosophy

An advanced analysis of the inter-relationship of male and female principles and the manifestation of duel forces. The course takes a well-integrated look at Dine philosophical thought on metaphysics, epistemology, aesthetics, ethics, religion, and traditional social structure. Offered in collaboration with Diné College (NIS 371)
Prerequisites: ENGL 095 and RDNG 096 or appropriate English and Reading Accuplacer scores.
