                  BADM-239 Human Resource Management  3 cr.  This course covers those topics which are relevant to the role of the human resources department in today’s firm. Topics include: human resource management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, E.E.O.C., affirmative action, employment and placement, training and development, and other related topics.
