This course is designed to increase student’s awareness of the role that interpersonal communication plays in creating and maintaining personal and professional relationships. Emphasis of instruction is on improving one-to-one communication skills. Topics covered include self-concept, perception, non-verbal communication, listening, feedback, and effective use of language.
