SURG-2350 Surgical Technology Clinical III 3

In this third-level clinical course, students will take on advanced responsibilities in the surgical setting, working closely with a preceptor to refine their skills. Students will perform a significant amount of first scrubbing, along with second scrubbing, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in surgical procedures. This course emphasizes the application of advanced surgical techniques, allowing students to further develop their confidence and competence in the operating room while continuing to receive expert guidance and feedback. Students will also focus on enhancing their role in supporting the surgical team and ensuring smooth, efficient procedures.
