This course examines the four chemical reactions that take place during a permanent wave. Explains the differences between an alkaline and a true acid wave. Defines the purpose of a neutralizer and analyzes the purpose of curl re-forming. Prerequisites: COSD-130 Offered: All Faculty Permission Required
