Horticulture in a Xeric Environment, A.A.S.

This degree will prepare students to work in an area that is receiving increased interest — landscape water and energy conservation techniques. The program will integrate water, energy and natural resource conservation, horticulture, xeric- and native-plantscapes, natural system functions, and hands-on landscape construction.

STUDENTS NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND MEET WITH THEIR HORTICULTURE ADVISOR CONCERNING COURSE OFFERINGS AND SEQUENCING EACH SEMESTER.

Note: The student must complete each course in the curriculum with a C or better to graduate from the program.
