Business - Retail Management Certificate

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

1. Create methods for delivering value and managing relationships with stakeholders.
2. Develop plans for effective use of business resources to maintain operations and achieve growth.
3. Integrate management skills to create working relationships that serve organizational goals.

The Retail Management Certificate is developed by retail industry experts and community college leaders to prepare retail employees for positions in management. Through successful completion of courses students gain the knowledge, skills, abilities and confidence that empower them to become successful leaders in retail and service-oriented companies. All of the required courses are transferable to the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and some will transfer to the Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration.
