The Network Support Certificate program is designed to prepare students for a career in the field of networking with a focus on installing, configuring, and administering a Microsoft client computer; managing and maintaining a Microsoft Windows server environment, implementing, and managing a network infrastructure; and troubleshooting PC software issues and network connectivity problems. Note: A student must earn a grade of ‘C’ or better in all courses to count towards the certificate.
