Diesel - Heavy Line Certificate

The Diesel Heavy Line Certificate program is designed to introduce a student to the field of Diesel Technology and provide further study of heavy equipment systems. Students will learn to work on a combination of Class 7 and 8 heavy duty on-highway trucks and off-highway equipment. Successful completion of the certificate will prepare a student for a career as an entry level diesel technician troubleshooting and repairing medium/heavy duty on-highway trucks and off-highway equipment for a fleet, dealer, or construction industry.

Program Core Requirements: 36 Credits
On-Highway Core Requirements: 16 Credits
Off-Highway Core Requirements: 15 Credits
TOTAL CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS: 67 Credits
