The Associate of Arts degree in Secondary Education is intended to transfer to a four-year Teacher Education program in Secondary Education. Students are strongly encouraged to check with their advisor and carefully coordinate their coursework at San Juan College with the requirements of the transfer institution. Your four-year degree program may require additional pre-approved credit hours within your chosen teaching field. Note: Student must earn a grade of ‘C’ or higher in all coursework to earn a Secondary Education A.A. degree.
