VETT-2236 Emergency and Critical Care Medicine 2

This course is designed to provide students with emergency and critical care nursing skills necessary to identify and respond effectively to a variety of emergency situations. The course includes patient assessment, triage, stabilization techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and advanced emergency medicine and critical care techniques and assessments.

Prerequisites: Student must have completed Tier 3 courses, have an approved clinical site, completed health risk form on file, and preceptor approved.
