PTAP-1411 Therapeutic Exercise 4

This course will build upon the knowledge of muscle anatomy, function, and orthopedic conditions and introduce foundational concepts of therapeutic exercise to aid clients/patients in preventing and recovering from injury. Students will learn to follow clinical practice guidelines and use clinical judgement to effectively apply therapeutic exercises to improve client/patient functional status. Students will continue to perform data collection, monitor patient health, illness, and/or response to treatment, interpret data for quality assurance, and complete accurate documentation following legal and ethical guidelines.
