OTAP-1250 Documentation for OT 1
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to write accurate and professional documentation for reimbursement of occupational therapy services. Formats reviewed include narrative, SOAP (subjective, objective, assessment, plan), and DAP (data, assessment, plan) notes among others. Topics include documentation throughout the stages of the occupational therapy process, intervention plans, and increasing observational skills.
