HITP-2996 Health Information Technology Topics 2

This course provides for 40 hours of externally supervised activity and approximately 20 hours of simulation activities using AHIMA’s Virtual Lab and other resources. It is designed to provide students with practical work experience in the HIM competencies and domains that focus on skill building and practical application of theory.
Prerequisites: Admission into the Health Information Technology Program.
