HITP-2260 Organizational Management and Leadership 3

This course introduces students to organizational management and leadership skills necessary for supervisory roles in health care. Topics include leadership principles, organizational change, human resource strategies, workforce training, financial and performance management, and cultural diversity. Students will explore strategies for recruitment, staffing, productivity, budgeting, and resource allocation, while developing skills to promote professionalism, diversity, and effective team performance.
