This course presents various business topics to guide the instructor in the San Juan institution, policies, procedures, other personnel, student body, and program course curriculum. The course provides instructions to fill out client records, book appointments, and manage the reception desk. Describes how an employee should approach his or her supervisor when there is conflict and how to promote and sale salon products and services.
