EMSP-121 Emergency Medical Technician 15

Provides the entry-level foundation for starting a career in Emergency Medical Services. Includes instruction on EMS operations, airway management, patient assessment, medical and trauma care, and care of special patient populations, including pediatrics, through a combination of lecture, skills labs, and simulated patient care scenarios. Course also includes a clinical or field component to allow students to apply their knowledge in real patient care situations.
