OTAP-273 Documentation for OT-II-A 2
Students will apply their advanced knowledge and skills to write accurate and professional documentation for reimbursement of occupational therapy services based on the work-based learning experiences of OTAP 272 . Topics include documentation throughout the stages of the occupational therapy process, intervention plans and review of evidence.
